Here's the deal.
I've never been "skinny".
In my last year of high school I was my smallest. An AU size 14. (US 10)
I would love to get back to that again.
I have no shame in stating my start weight.
I'm currently 87.9 KG. Or, 193 lbs.
My goal is to drop to 60 kg. Or, around 132 lbs.
I know I may never FULLY reach that goal.
But I will TRY.
This isn't about losing weight fast. There are no "quick fixes".
I was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic.
My Doctor told me I was only ONE point away from being diagnosed as having type-2 diabetes.
I have higher than normal cholesterol (which is hereditary on my dads side) and it's kicked my ass into gear.
I am 34 in less than 2 weeks.
TWO YEARS younger than my dad was when he passed away in 1989.
He died from a massive heart attack. Also from the early stages of heart disease.
I've also had gallbladder issues since 2009.
When I was at my heaviest.
117KG. 257lbs.

Now we come to the most recent pics.
No where near as big as I was, but I'm still a fatty. lol
I know this is going to take time and effort. A lot of hard work.
